Petite G has a 14-day return policy. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online returns must be made within 14 days from the date your order was received.
To request an online return, email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without making a request will not be accepted.
In-store returns must be made within 14 days from the purchase date of the item.
Online exchanges are not available. The best way to exchange an online purchase is to request a return and then place a new order for your desired item.
In-store exchanges must be made WITHIN 30 days from the purchase date of the item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All customized pieces (e.g., engraving & corporate gifts) are final sale.
Special orders are final sale. Special orders include custom design work created in-house or an order placed with a manufacturer on your behalf. Please contact us prior to placing an order if there is a question about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
All shipped items are inspected by one of our jewelry experts to insure your piece is in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours should you see anything defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
